• Payment processing data (credit card data, account data and other payment information)
• Data we receive when redeeming coupons (redeemed coupons, date and place of redemption)
• Data that you generate when you add products to your shopping cart.
• Data that you provide for reviews and evaluations of products, etc.

• Data on your location (if you have allowed the collection of location data in your device settings)

IV. IS THERE AN OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE THE DATA?

The provision of your data is not required by law. However, some of the above data is required in order to conclude and carry out work contracts for our services. Without the communication of the data required for the execution of the contract, we are not in a position to enter into a contract with you about services of L8 Street GmbH. 1. 1. PROCESSING OF ORDERS IN THE ONLINESHOP
   We process your data for the processing of bookings in our online shop. This includes the provision of services, processing of payments, granting of discounts, use of vouchers and processing of defect claims. We will inform you by e-mail about the receipt of a booking and the respective status. We will use your mobile phone number to inform you of your access code by SMS on the day of your arrival. We will pass on your data to third parties as far as this is necessary for payment processing or our services. We can transfer data on outstanding receivables to a debt collection company for the purpose of debt collection.    The data stored for the execution of a contract and a booking will only be passed on to other third parties (e.g. service providers for IT, e-mail dispatch and payment processing) to the extent necessary. These data may only be used by third parties for the fulfillment of their task.
2. 2. PAYMENT PROCESSING
   In the context of payment processing, your data may be passed on to the following payment service providers. Your credit card data or other payment data will not be stored by L8 Street GmbH and forwarded directly to the payment service providers:
   Payments are processed by our partner Adyen BV, Simon Carmiggelstraat 6 – 50, 1011 DJ Amsterdam. In order to prevent and detect fraud, we transmit your IP address to our partner Adyen BV, Simon Carmiggelstraat 6 – 50, 1011 DJ Amsterdam. Your IP address will be stored by Adyen BV. All data is transmitted in encrypted form.

   In addition to processing your data to process orders in our online shop, we also use your data for advertising purposes as described in more detail below.    We use your billing address given in connection with an order in our online shop for direct advertising for our own offers. In this way, we want to send you information about goods and services from our range that might be of interest to you due to orders you have placed in our online shop so far.    We process your data in order to invite you to satisfaction surveys, e.g. following an order. The legal basis for the described data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f Data Protection Basic Regulation (weighing of interests, based on the interest of L8 Street to determine the satisfaction of customers with the accommodations of L8 Street.
8. 5. WEBSITE ANALYSIS/TRACKING
   We use Adobe Analytics to create pseudonymous user profiles to help us tailor our website to your needs. The website analysis tools mentioned above use cookies. These enable an analysis of the website use by you. Your IP address will only be processed in anonymous form. The website analysis tools evaluate your use of the website for us and compile reports on website activity. You can object to the creation of pseudonymous user profiles at any time. VI. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA AND FOR WHAT REASON?

Within L8 Street, only people who need your data to perform the tasks assigned to you will have access to your data. Outside L8 Street, service providers who assist us in the performance of our duties may have access to your data. These are service providers in the following categories:

VII. ARE DATA PROCESSED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?

For the processing of your data, we also use service providers located in third countries outside the European Union. Countries outside the European Union handle the protection of personal data differently from countries within the European Union. There is currently no decision by the EU Commission that these third countries generally offer an adequate level of protection. We have therefore taken special measures to ensure that your data is processed in third countries as securely as within the European Union. VIII. HOW LONG WILL THE DATA BE KEPT?

We will only store your data for as long as we need it for the purposes for which it is processed. If the data are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the processing purposes mentioned in these data protection notices, they will be deleted, unless their retention is still necessary for the fulfillment of commercial or tax storage obligations. On our website you have the possibility to apply online via e-mail for an advertised position or to submit an unsolicited application. Your data and the file attachments sent with it will be accepted by the personnel department and forwarded to the department responsible for the advertised position or to the persons entrusted with handling the application procedure. All parties involved treat your application documents with due care and confidentiality. 6. WEB SERVER PROTOCOLS

To ensure the security of our IT systems, when you visit our websites, we process the connection data of the requesting computer including the IP address, the websites that you visit on our site, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used and the website from which you visit us by default. 7. COOKIES

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user’s computer system.
